Working offshore involves risks, so safety is always our top priority. Our HSSE policy applies to everyone at Norther, including employees and contractors. We strive for zero accidents and zero health issues. Regular HSSE training, including realistic stress scenarios, is provided in specialized centers or offshore at the site. Access to Norther’s installations is only permitted with proof of completed training, successful safety inductions, and compliance with the required health standards.

Business ethics are embedded in Norther’s Code of Conduct and are mandatory for all employees, as well as expected of our contractors. Respect for each individual, respect for the environment, honesty and mutual commitment in business relationships, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations form the cornerstones of our ethics and values.
